Peer to Peer is a free, 8-week course for individuals living with a mental health condition.

 Classes are held through Zoom on Wednesdays 6pm to 8pm PT May 4th -June 22nd.

Our evidence-based class is taught by two people who live with mental health conditions themselves. Classes are great place to be in community with like-minded people as well as learn tools to manage symptoms and all together, live your best life!

WHO IS TEACHES PEER TO PEER?
Classes are taught by two trained teachers who live with mental health conditions themselves. They have first hand experience using the skills covered in class and draw from their own experiences when
teaching. As a result, classes are truly peer spaces where everyone understands what it is like to live with a mental health condition.


ARE THERE REQUIREMENTS OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PEER TO PEER?
Our classes are 100% free. Participants must commit to attending 8-weeks of class and doing
3 hours of weekly homework. No prior knowledge or formal diagnosis is necessary though participants must identify as someone living with a mental health condition. Currently, classes are held online so access to WiFi during class hours is necessary. If you are unable to access WiFI, let us know so
that we can try to accommodate you in the future. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
The only required materials are a pen and a notebook. If necessary, we can help provide these if needed
